Being the only supplier in the industry offering a complete line of glazing sealants and compatible gaskets, tapes, spacers and blocks, Tremco Glazing Solutions Group takes the guesswork out of glazing system design and assures the adhesion, weatherability and durability of the system. Tremco also provides compatible perimeter caulking, weatherproofing and transitions from the window and/or curtain wall system to the wall assembly.

Sealants

Glazing Sealants come in single- and multi-component silicones, acrylic latex and butyl sealants for glazing applications.

Silicone Sealants

PROglaze II - PROglaze® II is a two-part, high modulus neutral cure structural silicone sealant for in-plant glazing applications. It consists of a white base component and a black curing agent.

Spectrem 1 - Spectrem 1 is an ultra low-modulus, high-performance, one-part, moisture-curing silicone joint sealant.

Spectrem 2 (To be replaced by Tremco SG300) - Spectrem 2 is a medium-modulus, one-part, high-performance, neutral-cure silicone sealant ideal for a variety of caulking and glazing applications.

Spectrem Restoration Overlay - Spectrem® Restoration Overlays are dense rubber extrusions used for restoration applications. The patented, innovative design solution provides long-lasting performance and aesthetics. These overlays are typically bonded with Spectrem 1 Silicone Sealant to provide a watertight seal.

Spectrem Simple Seal - Spectrem Simple Seal is an ultra-low modulus, preformed silicone extrusion specifically designed to have high elongation properties.

Tremco DG210 - Tremco DG210 Direct Glazing Fast Curing Sealant is a 2 component neutral curing silicone sealant for industrial bonding applications.

Tremco SG300 (Replaces Spectrem 2) - SG300 is a versatile, high performance silicone sealant which reacts with atmospheric moisture to produce a flexible silicone rubber, ideal for a wide variety of general purpose joint sealing and glazing applications. Capable of taking extension, compression, transverse and longitudinal movements, SG300 resists severe environmental conditions such as wind loading, wind driven rain, snow and sleet, and is impervious to acid rain, ozone, ultraviolet light and extreme temperature variations.

TREMglaze 25 - TREMglaze 25 is a one part, gun grade, neutral cure silicone sealant that reacts with atmospheric moisture to form a permanently flexible & extremely durable weatherproof seal.

TREMglaze 50 - TREMglaze 50 is a one part, low modulus, moisture curing, high performance silicone sealant. It is designed to give superior adhesion & long term durability in a wide range of glazing & weathersealing applications.

TREMseal Window & Glass - TREMseal Window & Glass is a one part, gun grade, neutral cure silicone sealant that is designed for sealing of window & glass applications. It reacts with atmospheric moisture to form a permanently flexible & weatherproof seal.

TREMstop S4 - TREMstop S4 Silicone Sealant is a single-part, alkoxy-based fire rated, elastomeric, neutral cure silicone sealant. Provides up to 4 hours fire protection at internal and external building gaps and movement joints.

Polyurethane Foam Sealant

illbruck FM 330 - illbruck FM 330 is a single component PU foam particularly suitable for ensuring an airtight perimeter seal around the windows and doors. It is also an ideal choice for sealing floor to wall and wall to ceiling joints.

illbruck PU033 - illbruck PU033 one component adhesive foam is especially suitable or adhering expanded polystyrene insulation boards.

Glazing Tapes

440 Tape - Tremco 440 Tape is a 100% solid Polyisobutylene cross-linked butyl, preformed sealant.

POLYshim II Tape - POLYshim® II Tape is a 100 percent solids, highly adhesive and elastic, cross-linked butyl preformed tape with a continuous built-in EPDM rubber shim.

PROshim Tape - PROshim Tape is a pre-shimmed glazing tape especially suited for use on site with timber window frames. Provides highly effective weather seal and is unaffected by UV exposure. Simple, fast, economical in use.

Structural Glazing Tape - Structural Glazing Tape is a high density polyurethane foam tape that has been specifically developed to be utilised as a compatible spacer for structural glazing applications.

TN583 Tape - TN583 Tape is a specialised load bearing foam tape that forms an effective short-term bond between the frame, glass and/or aluminium panel during assembly and creates a gap of the correct dimensions for the structural silicone adhesive, which is used as the primary bond.

Rubber Products

EPDM, neoprene, silicone, silicone-compatible rubber and thermoplastic rubber extrusions, in both dense and cellular elastomeric rubber compounds, are available for use in glazing and weatherstripping applications.

Extruded Rubber Products

Extruded Rubber Products are available in a variety of shapes and sizes for glazing applications. Over the years, more than 14,000 custom rubber extrusions have been developed.

Molded Rubber Components

Molded Dense Rubber Components are fabricated into gaskets and accessories (such as setting blocks, spacers and shims) for use in sealing and glazing applications in building construction.
